Most Items will ship 2 to 3 days after the payment has cleared by either USPS or UPS Ground.  Clocks Around The World supplies FREE SHIPPING unless overnight is requested then an additional fee will be charged to the customer. On any return items, shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense.

We have a 45 day return policy.  Products purchased must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition unless damaged in shipment. Please obtain extra insurance if necessary due to damage by the shipping company. You will  not receive a credit for damaged merchandise.

 Please contact us by e mail at iloveclocks@yahoo.com for you RMA which must be completed  and included with your merchandise before it is returned. You will also be given an address to return the merchandise to.  The purchaser may specify an exchange or money back.  Credit on Returned items will be credited within 5 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.

Warranty issues are to be taken up with the Manufacturer.  Please click on the Manufacture's listed, as to their specific Warranty instructions pertaining to their policy, which may be different than our return policy.

We only ship  our products in the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii
