Most Items will ship 2 to 3 days after the payment has cleared by either USPS or UPS Ground  or FEDEX ground.   Clocks Around The World supplies FREE GROUND SHIPPING unless overnight is requested then an additional fee will be charged to the customer. On any return items, shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense.

We have a 30 day return policy.  Products purchased must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition unless damaged in shipment. Please obtain extra insurance if necessary due to damage by the shipping company. You will  not receive a credit for damaged merchandise.....

(Extended Holiday Return) we will accept returns thru Jan 20.2012. all returned merchandise must be in salable condition in it's original packaging.  An RMA number is required. NO Restocking Fee

 Please contact us by e mail at iloveclocks@yahoo.com for you RMA which must be completed  and included with your merchandise before it is returned. You will also be given an address to return the merchandise to.  The purchaser may specify an exchange or money back.  Credit on Returned items will be credited within 5 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.

Warranty issues are to be taken up with the Manufacturer.  Please click on the Manufacture's listed, as to their specific Warranty instructions pertaining to their policy, which may be different than our return policy.

We only ship  our products in the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii 

Pricing: We make every effort to price our merchandise at the correct manufacture's suggested retail price. Occasionally we do make a typing error and therefore:

If a pricing error was made and posted to any of our merchandise we reserve the right to cancel any order with an incorrent retail price. We will either void the transaction or issue a credit to the card that was used in the purchase and we reserve the right to not ship any order with a pricing error.
