Most Items will ship 2 to 3 days after the payment has cleared by either USPS or UPS Ground or FEDX ground. Clocks made in the USA ship 4 to 10 full business days which depends on the manufacture. Please check your spam file, occasionally tracking information from the carrier will end up there rather than your in box.
We ship to the US Military via USPS and we will ship to Canada however not every manufacture will ship to Canada, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll free 866-916-7087 before ordering to Canada.
We have a 30 day return policy. Products purchased must be returned in its original packaging in salable condition unless damaged in shipment. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURE BOX. Please obtain extra insurance if necessary due to damage by the shipping company. You will not receive a credit for damaged merchandise.....

You will also be given an address to return the merchandise to. The purchaser may specify an exchange or money back. Credit on Returned items will be credited within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise or confirmation from the manufacture.
